Location - Thebar/restaurant/pizzeria mentioned here above has been opened in the early 2006, is now closed and is waiting for a new lesser. Description of the facilities - the premises have a total surface of 258 m2 divided in:

Inventory and sales particular – The sales concern the whole equipment described here above. A full inventory will be supplied upon request to any prospective buyer. The term of the lease is 55 months and expires in December 2010. This lease might be renewed.

The selling price and the monthly rent are said to be reasonable by prospective buyers. In addition, as everything is in order to work, the restaurant, the bar and a pizza delivery service may run without delay. For the delivery, a stock of 500 cartoon boxes is available there.
